BOOK THE STUDIO SPACE
Content Day Studio is a creative production studio in Toronto, operated as a partnership between Content Day and VINIOGRAPHY. The studio is designed as a production-first environment for photography, videography, and content creation, with an emphasis on comfort, intentional design, and creative collaboration.
The space supports:
● Professional photo and video productions
● Hourly studio rentals
● In-house productions for brands and artists
● Co-working during designated community hours
● Small, community-oriented workshops and networking events
Content Day Studio is not a party or late-night venue. Programming is intentionally intimate and creative-focused, prioritizing quality work, connection, and professional use of the space.
STUDIO RENTALS
Content Day Studio offers flexible, hourly studio rentals for photography and videography productions.
Studio Rates
● Standard rate: $100/hour
● Introductory incentive rate: $89/hour (first few months after opening)
● Pre-launch special: 50% off studio time booked before December 31
There is no minimum booking length.
Studio rentals are available to:
● Members (at discounted or included rates, depending on tier)
● Non-members at standard rates
All studio bookings are managed through HoneyBook.
Membership Program
Content Day Studio offers a limited, tiered membership program designed for creatives seeking consistent access to space, community, and production support.
● Memberships begin January 10th
● Memberships may be billed monthly or annually
● Memberships are auto-renewing
● Memberships can be cancelled at any time, however no refunds are issued once a billing period has started
● Launch capacity is capped at 20 members
Founding memberships are available for purchase in December as a one-time, pre-launch offer.
Events & Workshops
Content Day Studio hosts curated, intimate gatherings including:
● Creative workshops
● Networking events
● Educational sessions
● Small performances or showcases
Events must align with studio guidelines and are subject to approval.
Security deposit for events: $500
Booking, Deposits & Cancellations
Event Cancellation Policy
● 100% refund if cancelled 30+ days before event date
● 70% refund if cancelled 14 days before event date
● No refunds for cancellations 7 days or less before event
Shoot Cancellation Policy
● Cancellation within 48 hours of shoot: 50% refund or reschedule.
● Same-day cancellation: no refund
All policies are acknowledged and agreed to during booking via HoneyBook.
Operations & HoneyBook Use
HoneyBook is used for:
● Studio rental bookings
● Membership sales and billing
● Contracts and policy acknowledgments
● Invoicing and payments
● Event approvals and deposits
All bookings are subject to review to ensure alignment with studio guidelines.
